I didn’t grow up expecting to be a educator, coach, speaker, or marketing strategist.

My first leadership lessons came in the United States Marine Corps—where words didn’t matter unless your actions backed them up. In the military, adapt fast, and take ownership in high-stakes environments.

After the military, I found myself fascinated by how people grow—how organizations scale, how leaders break through plateaus, and how brands build loyalty and momentum. So I started building. Started leading. Started listening.
